I am the President of our homeowners' association, located inside the La Costa Resort and Spa. Like most HOA's the coordination and process is a difficult and long road... Our building was constructed in the sixties and had never been upgraded and with very little maintenance over that period of time. Our Board possessed virtually no experience in this type of construction - an entire exterior renovation of a three story building with 48 units and at least 42 separate owners to satisfy. Our project came under budget, within schedule and within scope and was a complete success only because of the outstanding professionalism, patience, diplomacy, experience and education of our project manager Matthew Boomhower.

Matthew has tremendous experience and a valuable set of credentials in the construction industry. . He represented the Board of Directors and managed the general contractor during this 10 month project. He held regular meetings and provided updates and presented key decisions to the Board for their consideration and did so in a clear, thoughtful and experienced manner.... I would highly recommend Matthew for any renovation or construction project. In addition, I would be happy to speak directly to anyone who is considering Matthew as their project manager.
