Hourly, Non-Exempt, 10 – 15 hours/week.

We are a well-established, family owned boutique construction management and technical architecture firm. Southern Cross seeks a highly organized, motivated individual to join our team. Reporting directly to and working closely with the Marketing Director, this position is responsible for execution of firm’s marketing. Primary duties include:
Assist in updating & managing company website and social media accounts.
Maintain databases of prospective clients.
Build & maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
Manage content calendars.
Write copy & design graphics for online and print marketing.
Update and improve existing marketing materials and project lists.
Ensure marketing materials are ready for conferences and special events.
Participate in ongoing training, including attendance at some events.
Assist in firm marketing efforts.
Marketing or related major.
Some experience preferred.
Copywriting and/or graphic design skills desired.
Excel, WordPress, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & MailChimp experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects and prioritize.
Professional, business appearance.
Must have a sense of humor and like dogs.
$12/hour. Flexible work schedule.
